I have been working in a country town called Scottsdale and all I had was my mobile phone to check OSE with so that is the reason for my absence.

I took my plane with me and called in and flew it over my lake. Not happy. The lake is almost covered in weed. This usually happens towards the end of summer and I have never seen it so bad. Not sure if it is all the duck sh it or global warming that is making the weed grow so quick and so early.

Large quantities of copper sulfate will kill the weed and the bloody ducks if you use enough, go on paddy you know you want to. As for Dougie STIFF $HIT mate that is your problem,

Andy, I have a video of that lake up at Pioneer. Mate that lake is made for speed runs. I will post the video on here as soon as I have uploaded it. It is about 1 km long and about 100 meters wide

I presume you are talking about the non Tasmanian part of Australia. Tasmania is really Dutch (discovered by the Dutchman, Abel Tasman) but stolen by the English and filled with nice Irish convicts such as myself. There are many Dutch people here also. Between us Irishmen, Scotsmen and the Dutchmen we now make sure that life is uncomfortable for any Englishman that should stray into this little part of Paradise.

Gerwin I hope that you are aware that simply by posting on this thread that your social standing on OSE just took a nose dive and the value of your house plummeted to an all time low. Don't let this deter you from further posts as the guys here will shower you with and generally drool over your boats and builds.
