    The music of FE

    What is your favourite sound with FE boats. frying speedies do not count
    Mine is the sound that my 4S rigger makes as it passes.
    Given the doppler effect and the fact that I button off about 1 second after it passes me, the sound of the water that was thrown falling to the surface is music to my ear.
    I have a good ear ( the nurse tells me so ) so this raining sound is magic.

    What is your favourite FE sound. ??

      I only just spotted your question Simon.

      My favourite FE sound would have to be the harmonic wail of twin motors and props.
      Counter- rotating of course.

          The sound of boat hitting Duck is good too :)
          To be serious I am with Graham on this one. There is nothing like the sound of a twin Cat.

              I like the sound of the hull skipping across the surface of the water and the splash from the rooster tail.

                  The RPM's you guys pull from beginning to end in a slow increase is amazing, it's like it just keeps going and going!

                                      It's a strange one.... a mate of mine has a drifter m and it makes this cool sound as the wind rushed under the tunnel at about 100kph, sound like a someone blowing over a bottle neck with a soundtrack of a 1521 on 6s screaming.

                                          not sure if this counts. the sound the guy next to you makes as your toy battrie powered boat passes his high performance nitro boat.
                                          sounds a bit like f*******ken hell
