Life near Marietta, Georgia???

Anyone out there live near Marietta, Georgia?? I'd be interested to know what life is like there.

RC Boating? Housing? Weather? Schools?

Darin,
It is a busy place, I try to avoid it at all costs. Traffic sucks during the week unless you go early or leave late. It's right at I -75 and I- 285 (the perimeter)on the north side of Atlanta.
RC Boating, Atlanta Model Boaters, approx. 30 to 45 min drive, on the weekend. Housing, you should be able to find whatever you're looking for in a metro area. Weather, long hot summers, mild winters, 3 year drought although we are doing better. They have their fair share of crime, Cobb County , but I guess not any worse that anywhere else. I don't know much about the schools.
