A question was asked of me, Does congress have to go thru mandatory drug testing?
Does Congress get drug tested.

The short answer is no they are not required by LAW to be tested or screened for drug useage. There have been petitions brought forward by groups of citizens and even the sports culture, whom Congress took to task a few years back about Steriods remember? But there is nothing forcing them to be tested. Periodicly or randomly. Now when it comes to their staff, well.........lets just say the Congress has all the control over them they would not impose upon themselves. The good ole boy club at its best.

I've supported and signed those petitions. Pee in a jar before every vote. If drugs or alcohol show up, your vote doesn't count. 3 "Positives" and you're out on the street with NO retirement benefits, a "regular" citizen like the rest of the Sheeple.Originally posted by m4a1usr View PostThere have been petitions brought forward by groups of citizens.....remember?
As for salary increases, retirement benefits, Social Security contributions; I think their employers (that would be us) should make those decisions, not the members of Congress (our employees).A nation of sheep breeds a government of wolves

Well we've be letting them get away with VWOAC (Voting While Old And Crusty) VWS (Voting While Senile) so what else is new. Can you think of any job that has so much importance and affects so many people that gets so many free passess to act anyway the employee wants? Even football players have some kind of restraint.Government Moto:
