It doesn't matter. Whatever is decided and however it's decided, even if the Repubs were in the secret meetings, all the repubs would vote NO! They've decided that regardless of what's in the bill they will vote NO! So it really doesn't matter. The dems only need to get all their members on board and they can override the party of NO and get some health care to the rest of us. Medicare shows that it can be done.
