Actually... yes I do... She has more executive experience that the other three candidates combined... Clinton didn't have experience beyond being a Governer... Either did Reagan... or Bush... or any number of other presidents...

It's rediculous to try to make that argument when the person you are arguing in favour of has absolutely NO exective, business, foreign, or any other kind of experience that would qualify him for the position. NONE! Hillary had more credentials for the job than O does...

Not as good a "puppet" as your guy I imagine... You think these are all HIS ideas?? I'll give you this... he's the perfect Democratic mouthpiece... Apparently that's important to some...

On records and actions... I'll stick with my team... They don't have to be polished to be accomplished... or to have "substance"... Actions speak louder than words, after all... and they actually have actions to reflect on...

November 4th can't get here soon enough. I'm dying to see what this big "test" of the most inexperienced candidate in presidential election history is going to be, if he gets elected.....

Let's review. 7 years later Osama bin Laden still stalks the Earth, Taliban on the come back trail in Afghanistan, 4,100+ American dead in Iraq (600,000+ dead non-combatant Iraqi's) with Al Qaeda with a new found strong hold and recruiting tool.

I feel so much safer.

Bottom line. I had friends who died in 9/11, my brother was in the building across the street and could have been killed and GW BS'd us about how he was "Gonna Git him, Dead or Alive". And yet bin Laden is still alive a free to work his terror against us. So the tough guy approach appears not to have been too successful in my view of things.

BTW - I have a brother in Iraq now, so everyone can spare me the "support the troops" BS. You can support the troops and not the mission and still be a patriot. And as a veteran I am always amused when those who never served question that.

IMO 8 years of Clinton taking blind pot shots in the middle east lead to a weaker America. Sure the economy was tremendous during Clinton terms . Companies that should have had stocks in the $20 where selling at 5-10 times that . How long did we think that was going to last? BUT in the end 7 years after 911 there still has not been another attack on American soil. I do feel safe knowing that.

I agree that Palin said some stupid things. But come on. Imagine if Bidin was the VP of a Major company and said "well this company is going to face a major crisis in 4 months and you the stockholder will not like how our company is going to handle the situation!". To add to that... All we every HEAR about are the "stupid" things she's said... the coverage is so biased that we only hear the bad from the McCain campaign, and things like Bidon's rant just get sluffed off and not pursued or even investigated for factual content... Sluffed off along with other things like radical associations, voting records, etc...

If McCain manages to win in this media environment, he truely will be an Hero...

If fact.... him being so close, despite having less than 90-million to spend on his ENTIRE CAMPAIGN, compared to 150-million that O received just last month alone says alot about what it takes to get the Liberal agenda into power...

I haven't researched all the string of events leading up to 9/11 at this point, but from a financial standpoint, I'm actually blaming the current crisis on Lyndon Johnson (HUD), then Carter (Community Reinvestment Act), and then Clinton (Bigger Community Reinvestment Act), and then Barney Frank, Mr. Dodd, Pelosi, Franklin Raines, Richard Syron, the Democratic led banking finance committee, all those Democrats who fought against all attempts to reign in Fannie and Freddie, etc... who all decided to play "affirmative action" with our mortgage system, at the taxpayers risk and expense... so there is plenty of blame to go around...

I don't blame everything on Clinton. When was the last time you heard a Dem say Clinton, Carter or for that matter any Dem caused a problem. It seems the blame only goes in one direction all the time. I just wanted to make sure everyone knows there is enough abuse and corruption to spread the blame around to both parties.

I truly believe that no matter who I pick for president, it will not be good for anyone in the end. Only if I vote for my guy it may just be a bit slower.


I'm growing quite tired of voting for the lesser evil. So I will be writing in my president this time around. Joe the plumber is that man. You heard it here first! Joe Wurzelbacher for President.

When I was much younger, the polls had Reagan trailing dreadfully in the polls.

He won by a landslide, no matter what measure you use.

There's only 1 poll that really counts, and it's less than 2 weeks away. Until then, you can discount anything the AP or other media says.

BTW, did you notice it was AP-GfK that did the poll? GfK is a German group - I used to work for a company that developed their TV-watching stuff (not too different from early Nielsen). I guess ACORN is now trying to sign up European voters for 11/4...

"We appreciate Senator McCain's effort to stir up the Republican base by attacking a community organization working to increase public participation in our democratic process. Unfortunately, the Senator McCain we saw tonight is very different than the Senator McCain who stood shoulder to shoulder with ACORN at a February 20, 2006 immigration reform event.

It is clear for us to see that John McCain was for ACORN before he was against ACORN; he was for reform before he was against reform; and he was a maverick before he became erratic. What is really going on here is that Senator McCain and his allies are part of a coordinated effort to engage in what appears to be an unprecedented effort to suppress voter turnout. Repeating a lie doesn't make it true, and the McCain campaign has resorted to the worst type of deceptions in regards to ACORN."

ACORN has helped 1.3 million citizens from all parties and all walks of life apply for voter registration.
In most states, ACORN is required by law to turn in every voter registration card - even in cases where the cards are not valid.
It is ACORN that has reported almost all of the issues regarding voter registration cards to elections officials, and flagged the suspicious cards.
Invalid voter registration cards do NOT constitute voter fraud. Even RNC General Counsel Sean Cairncross has recently acknowledged he is not aware of a single improper vote cast as a result of bad cards submitted in the course of an organized voter registration effort.
ACORN hired 13,000 field workers to register people to vote. In any endeavor of this size, some people will engage in inappropriate conduct. ACORN has a zero tolerance policy and terminated any field workers caught engaging in questionable activity. At the end of the day, as ACORN is paying these people to register voters, it is ACORN that is defrauded.
