Need to know what you want to do with it. Race on track, or fastest top end pass? All in the gearing. Id get a 2200kv mamba or flux and run it 6s. Its all in the gearing. You can get 1/10 scale on road cars to break 100mph.

Want to run high end passes and the esc can handle 6s easy I get 54.5 with 6s wit stock 16 tooth pinion I want to race a traxxas xo

So I'm thinking lepord 4082 1600kv 24 pinion or 2200kv 24 pinion
