Thank you, but like I said in the last post, the others I ordered from SicRc have shown up in the mail and I don't need any more at this time. Sdg

Thanks for the link, but they didn't have one that size. Had one that was close, but I don't want to drill one to fit. Those from SicRc finally showed up - had been lost in the mail I suppose. Appreciate it, Sdg.

Yeah, SicRc. A fouled up order is why I am looking for others. Thanks anyways, Alex!

Did a search on eBay in radio control section for 2.3mm and came up with one in Australia

Yup. They're not easy to locate (except for the barbell shaped deal). I imagine a lot of Hobby Shops have a part that fits that description, but they don't know it. They just go by the name of the boat. A collet won't do here - it has to fit in a tight space - no way to tighten a collet.

    Still looking..........

No prob, it was a freebie I was going to send your way had you asked for it. IF you F'ed it up modding, you wouldn't be out anything but a little time.

Personally, I prefer the collet style couplers, but that's just me.

    Good luck in your search

I can help you if your willing to make a minor mod. I have a spare set screw coupler with dual screws on both sides(all 4 new SS), one side is 3.17mm, just tested it on a spare TRX Titan motor, the other side?? Very small(puny), you'll have to drill it out to 2.3mm. OAL = .980" (measured).

    Your call...

    Thanks anyways, Jim.

Edit1: This is just testing that theory on editing...I'll not fill in the box.

Edit2: Yes, you were right, Jim. Don't fill int the box and it won't show that you edited the post. Thank you.

Edit 3: Funny, in the Want To Buy section, it doesn't offer a box - and adds the "Last edited by..". Probably in the For Sale section too. So it's evidently software controllable.

don't know on the editing it never asked me for a reason I posted from my phone and didn't read your op correctly and tapatalk wouldn't let me edit it. By the way i checked my couplers ans all i have is 2.3 to .098

Actually if I go down further below the edit window there is a space for reason for editing must not be mandatory for editing your own post. I know when I edit someone posts or close or delete a post i have to give a reason

Yes, I have had Jeff make me some in the past, but don't want to wait for fabrication.........any one else?

BTW, why is it that when you (Jim) edit your post, it doesn't show 'reason for editing' like everyone else's? Yes, I know 1/8 is .125"
