I am just a bit concerned about that balsa you are using to double the transom...
I would think that 1/8 ply would be the minimum, or is it not balsa and the pic is deceiving me?

Yeah Daddy. Daddy daddy daddy! I dont know what it is with my camera but it may also be the operator. here is a pic of the stuff tube missing and hole glassed from inside and evercoat on bottom. Also a pic of new transom doubler. Finishing touches to be done @ work tomorrow.

To my surprise, this setup fits right on the back of the BJ as well. (RiverRat set it up with some adjusting room) It'll go on the Mach5 Blackjack Project!

Incredibly, there is very little slop in it with just tape holding it down. RiverRat does some great machine work!
