They say that crazy people don't know that they are crazy........I'm not crazy!!!

I don't smoke, rarely drink, don't do drugs, don't smack my girlfriend around, don't steal cars, don't steal anything...., work hard at my job, give what I can to charity, help my neighbours, support my family and generally try and be a good citizen!!

So what if I spend all of my spare money on my hobby!!

Hide it???.........no way, love me for who I am!!!

I use my office email for the forums and I did not configured it to be read outside the intranet. Same with the packages, I get them in the office, so it is just a problem slipping the stuff in my shop... but I usually come home like 15min earlier, so that's fixed.
The only issue I had was with a local supplier that decided to send me a gift certificate at home... saying "You have now reached ruby client level, due to your purchases of over 2500EUR in the last 12 month".... THAT was painful to explain...

I place my orders with the proper shipping type to arrive when i am home to minimize the impact of the UPS guy coming every other day. I never answer directly.........."How much was that motor?..........."I really cant remember, I have several and cant remember all the prices of each....it was just an average price motor, i think".............etc........."

Plus i move all the "order confirmation" e-mails to a different folder immediately.

Although she obviously knows of the RC bug in me..................she doesnt give me a whole bunch of crap about it.

My wife gets really frustrated when she sees 20 or so "reply to thread from offshore electrics" thingies that magically appear every day on our home e-mail adress! And wonders why I'm getting countless numbers of little usps boxes at the door all the time! Whats your experience???

I have 3 kids. They all have offroad, onroad, and now boats. I use the " it's a great way for me to spend time with the kids" line. I also have a RR Box and I usually beat her to the mail so she does'nt know everything.LOL.

[QUOTE=T.S.Davis;194799 I joke but many of you know how supportive my wife is. If you made it to the 09 nats she fed you lunch, on her time, got the food, the soda, tools, all of it. Took time off work to do it too. If that aint love.[/QUOTE]

Terry your wife is very nice to do that we would have starved with out her! I thanked her repeatedly for doing the food/drinks. please express my thanks again to her.
