Thank f-ing God no...I'm buying the house by myself. Of course, my girlfriend has to throw in her 2 cents, but I love this house. The inspection is tomorrow, and the appraisal not far behind. Just praying that it all works out. It has an attached workshop and a 12x24 garage on 1/3 acre of property.

I understand that!! I'm just getting into boating and got layed off so my plans have been delayed also. But it's given me time to figure out what I want and how to assault next season!!!!
