ive had an sv for quite some time that i used to run in the lakes near my house. i hit a stick or small log last time i ran it and cracked the transom at the rudder mount and it has sat in my garage for some time now. I acquired a new UL1 motor for it and got a proboat 60A esc. i gutted all the wood out if it. I cut a piece of birch ply, epoxied it in place, then layed 3 layers of cf on the transom. i have added two new carbon turn fins, the grim racer carbon trim tabs, and water cooled motor mount. i need to finish up the rudder linkage and decide how i will mount batteries in it. Here's a few pics. i wish i snapped some of the hull bare.
